Good to Know
We offer preventative maintenance, most general repairs and tires for most vehicles. While we are concentrated on Asian and Domestic vehicles we can help with some european cars too. Our technicians provide the highest quality of work by using only the best parts, having mandatory continuing education and documenting their work with a digital form. All work is double checked in our quality control process.
For regular oil changes we recommend 3 months or 3,000 miles between services. For synthetic oil we recommend 5 months or 5,000 miles between services. We use a synthetic blend oil for regular oil changes and full synthetic oil for all synthetic oil changes.
All suspension repairs start with a test drive with the client. We want to experience the problem with them so we are sure we are addressing the correct problem and giving our clients the care they deserve. From there we will replicate the issue with two technicians in the vehicle in order to help pinpoint the area of the concern. We can then have the vehicle on our drive on rack and troubleshoot from there, testing for play and deflection in moveable joints and looking for tears in bushings.
Our shop has invested heavily in up to date tools. We use Autel scan tools, have a 4 channel oscilloscope and two full function tire pressure monitor tools. We use both factory repair information as well as Mitchell pro repair software. We are active members of the International Automotive Technicians Network.
Some common signs of a car needing an a/c repair:
1) cold air not coming out of the a/c vents
2) no air coming out of the vents (no blower function)
3) a rattling noise from under the dash or under the vehicle when a/c is on

Yes! We offer a 3-year 36,000 mile warranty on all repairs.
Because of the level of detail we do not encourage waiting. We do have a shuttle that can take you to work or home.
We believe in a high level of contact at Tim’s. You will never have to call in for an update, we give text and phone updates throughout the process.
Yes! We offer 6 months interest differed financing on all purchases over $299 through Synchrony Financial. You can apply right on our website.
Yes! We offer a secure after hours pick up and drop off service. Your vehicle will be locked behind an electric gate and your keys will be in one of our lock boxes.
Yes! We are a Hercules Tire and Yokohama Tire distributor as well as we offer many other brands of tires.
Brakes like many other systems on your vehicle need to be checked before an accurate cost to repair can be given. After we have checked the full state of health of your braking system we can help with providing an estimate to repair.
