Are all oil changes the same?

What makes an oil change at Tim’s different from a quick lube? An oil change at Tim’s is not just an oil change, it is a preventative maintenance service visit.

First one of our technicians takes your vehicle on a test drive to make sure everything feels and sounds good.

Next, our technician gives your vehicle a full digital inspection. We check all the safety and maintenance items on your vehicle and share a comprehensive report with you. We track your vehicle’s needs over time to help keep your car in top shape and help keep surprises to a minimum.

Our Technician now performs your oil change which includes replacing your oil with the manufacturer’s required weight, grade and capacity, as well as installing a new premium-quality oil filter. Then we use our manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment to reset your service interval and check and register your oil level where applicable. We also check and top off all the fluids in your vehicle.

Oil changes are just a part of what you will get when you trust Tim’s to service your vehicle. We believe that it is our obligation to you to inform you of the full state of your car. Regular inspections are the key to a safe and properly maintained vehicle. Catching problems early also helps us keep you in safe and reliable transportation.
